Quality Control Inspector

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our metal manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all manufactured parts meet strict engineering specifications and quality standards through rigorous inspection processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform First Article Inspection (FAI), in-process, and final inspections of metal components.

Interpret and analyze complex technical drawings and blueprints (including GD&T).

Conduct precise measurements using a variety of manual measuring tools (Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Thread Gauges, etc.).

Operate advanced measurement equipment (e.g., CMM or Measuring Arms) – a plus.

Document inspection results, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and follow up on corrective actions.

Collaborate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues on the shop floor.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience as a QC Inspector in a metalwork or CNC machining environment – Mandatory.

Expert-level proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings – Mandatory.

Full mastery of manual measurement tools and techniques – Mandatory.

Knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, etc.) – Significant advantage.

Superior attention to detail, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Strong technical English (specifically for reading blueprints and work instructions).
