Our company is looking for a Purchasing Buyer to join our dynamic team. The role includes managing procurement for a variety of customers and projects simultaneously.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Procurement Management: End-to-end procurement management of multiple parallel projects.<\/p>\n
Supplier Relations: Ongoing communication with local and global suppliers and distributors, including negotiating component prices, lead times, and commercial terms.
\nOrder Execution: Issuing purchase orders using the information system, providing quick solutions for delays or inventory shortages to prevent production line downtime.<\/p>\n
BOM Analysis: Reviewing and working with a Bill of Materials (BOM), including sourcing suitable alternatives in case of low market availability.<\/p>\n
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Close, daily collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders \u2013 Project Managers, Engineering, Planning etc.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in procurement \u2013 experience at a manufacturing company, subcontracting, or a multi-project environment is a significant advantage.<\/p>\n
Computer Systems: Experience working with ERP systems and good mastery of MS Office applications (with an emphasis on Excel).<\/p>\n
Languages: Very good English language skills (reading, writing, and conversation) for ongoing work with global suppliers.<\/p>\n
