We are looking for a skilled Mechanical Assembler to perform precision assembly of components and machinery based on engineering documentation. The ideal candidate will combine manual dexterity with the ability to interpret complex blueprints.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble complex mechanical sub-assemblies and systems according to technical blueprints and Work Instructions (WI).

Utilize manual, electric, and pneumatic tools (e.g., torque wrenches, drills, presses).

Perform mechanical adjustments, drilling, tapping, and bonding as required.

Conduct self-inspections to ensure assembly accuracy and quality standards.

Identify and report hardware discrepancies or blueprint errors to the engineering team.

Maintain a clean and safe workspace in accordance with safety protocols.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Mechanical Assembler in a manufacturing environment – Mandatory.

Strong ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings/blueprints – Mandatory.

Experience with measurement tools (Calipers, torque gauges) – Significant advantage.

Technical background (Vocational school or technical certification) – Advantage.

Superior attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a team.
