We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement Manager to lead our international procurement operations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic procurement processes across diverse domains including components, mechanics, services, and more. You will oversee supplier management at both local and global levels, ensuring compliance with company procurement policies while driving efficiency and process improvement. Additionally, you will conduct complex contract negotiations, manage global agreements, and lead a team of employees to achieve organizational goals.


Responsibilities

Lead international procurement operations with multiple suppliers and large-scale volumes.

Manage strategic procurement processes across diverse domains (components, mechanics, services, etc.).

Drive process improvement and efficiency in supplier management, ensuring effective policy execution.

Conduct negotiations with suppliers both locally and internationally.

Manage, mentor, and develop a direct team of employees.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field – mandatory.

Master’s degree – advantage.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement management within an industrial company – mandatory.

Proven experience in managing complex contracts and global agreements – mandatory.

Experience in technological procurement – mandatory.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

Excellent command of English – mandatory.

Strong analytical skills, proven negotiation abilities, commercial mindset, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
